Butterscotch Appletini Cocktail

Autumn is almost here, are you ready?   Celebrate the best of fall with this festive little butterscotch appletini cocktail.   Unlike cocktails with artificial tasting apple liqueur, this one is made with fresh apple cider for an authentic Autumn taste.  A little sweet, a little tangy, and a whole lot of fun, this cocktail is great for Halloween and Thanksgiving parties.

 

Butterscotch Appletini Cocktail

  • 1 Tbsp. Bakers (Superfine) Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 8 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
  • 4 oz. Apple Brandy
  • 2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Thin slice of Lemon
  • Thinly sliced fresh apple

(For 2)

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, spread out on a flat plate. Run the lemon slice around the edge of each martini glass, then dip the glasses in the cinnamon and sugar, rimming the outside of each glass. Set the glasses aside.

Place cracked ice in a large cocktail shaker and add the apple cider, apple brandy, and butterscotch schnapps, and lemon juice and shake vigorously with another cocktail shaker.
