Blend the vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, and fresh raspberries in the blender. Scoop the mixture out of the blender and place in sphere ice molds.*
Allow it to set in the freezer for about 8 hours until solid.
Just before removing the "snowballs" place 4-5 ice cubes in a large cocktail shaker, then add the Chambord, Tuaca, and vodka. Shake well.
Carefully remove the "snowballs" from the ice molds and place them in the center of a martini glass.
Place four (calling birds) blackberries in the glass, and sprinkle with the shredded coconut.
Pour 1/2 of the martini mixture in each glass. The snowballs melt quickly in the cocktail, but lightly stir it with a swizzle stick to incorporate the flavors.
